Our policies, terms and conditions.
- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
- Delivery Policy
We aim to deliver all goods within 3 -10 working days of receipt of payment. We use DPD (pre-12 in most parts of the UK) as our preferred delivery client and in most cases parcels that are sent on this service arrive the next day before 12. If an item has delivery refused or is sent back to the depot it is the customers responsibility to collect the package. If the package is not collected and returned to us we will charge a return postage cost to get the item back out to you. For international customers we will categorically charge a return postage cost and will convey this to you in writing before doing so.
- Refund / Cancelation Policy
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of goods. You must let us know within this period and then you have an additional 14 days to complete the return. A refund value will be applied subject to assessment from our trained fitter. If the value of the product has been reduced due to handling/use of the product then a deduction to the final refund may apply. Once goods are used for purpose they will be liable for deductions. Testing the product in an appropriate manner is acceptable but any usage for purpose involving yourself or others more than would be deemed appropriate for assessing an item in a physical store will devalue the product and therefore the refund value.
Where applicable the engineer’s assessment can include, but is not limited to; any form of physical damage, signs of use, internal component wear, superficial markings, residual dust/debris, missing parts/items including protective materials, manuals or stickers. The final refund value will result from this assessment and would be relative to product value lost.
The evaluated value to be refunded would be processed to the original payment method unless stated otherwise. A store credit may be offered in it's place for an equal or higher value and will be provided as a gift card on the customer account or a repeat use discount code, this would be subject to standard gift card conditions.
The shipping costs for returning unwanted goods are to be paid by the customer and the item must be packaged appropriately. The assessment will be undertaken on what is received by us, any damage/loss during shipping will be included in this evaluation and any claims for damage made during transit back to us must be made by the sender.
If the goods received have a technical fault on arrival or is discovered, you must report this to us within 30 days of receipt of goods. Within this period you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement if the product is found to be faulty as claimed during our fitters assessment. If the goods are not found to be faulty we can return the item to the customer or offer a partial refund at our discretion. If the goods are faulty but through incorrect usage or maintenance by the customer then a refund will not be given. After this 30 day period the goods are outside the return period and would only be accepted at our discretion.
The shipping costs for returning potentially faulty items is to be covered by the customer initially. If the product is deemed to have been faulty on arrival or experienced a technical fault within the 30 day period the shipping will be refunded up to a maximum of a standard shipping cost, proof of postage is required.

- International Returns / Refunds;
If you are an international customer, that is, a customer outside of mainland UK and you are unhappy with your purchase then please contact us. You can return the item back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund. If the product is totally unused (decided by our trained specialists) you will receive a full refund. If the product shows signs of use a 15% restocking fee will be applied at the point of refunding. We do not cover the return carriage costs in this instance.
- Discount Codes
We are not obliged to give details on discount codes that are public, this may be due to a reward system set up with external code givers and we cannot show favouritism. During certain promotional periods some discount codes may be invalid if that product is already discounted. We reserve the right to retract or deny any discount code at our discretion. In most instances only 1 discount may be applied at a time. Discount codes are not valid when used to purchase refurbished devices, if a code is used the value may be requested from yourself before shipment of goods. Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Sales/Promotions
We reserve the right to amend products and/or prices effected by sales/promotions at any time before or during the active period. We cannot retrospectively apply discounts from your order if you've forgotten to use the code if a code is required. Discounted prices are only available whilst stocks last, we cannot honour the price after or during the sale period if an item goes out of stock or oversells via a website stock error. Sales/Promotions may apply to pre-order items but will not apply to items out of stock without the option to pre-order. Most discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other code. During a promotional period other codes may be inactive, if you are trying to make a purchase not effected by the running promotion but you are trying to use a code which is inactive due to the promotion contact us and we can potentially apply that for you, this is reviewed on a case by case basis and we do not promise that it will be the case.
- Gift Cards
The code itself is the numeric code in the black box, don't include the '#'. The gift card can only be redeemed in full so the basket must be the gift card value or more before checking out. The gift card is valid for 12 months from purchase. It can be used against any items available on the store including pre-orders. The gift card may not be used in conjunction with other discount codes/offers. Products purchased with a gift card may be effected differently in the event of returns. This code is distributed to yourself and yourself only, it is your responsibility from here, once it is used it can no longer be recovered so make sure to only share it with those intended.

- Products
We withhold the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice. We will though stay as competitive as possible and should you find a like for like product cheaper elsewhere please contact us for a quote. Products may sometimes vary from the images on the website.
- Giveaways/Gifts
If a product is provided as a gift it is not eligible for a refund or a cash value exchange unless stated otherwise or a separate agreement is made prior. If it is an electrical device it will not include the warranty as standard. Winners have 1 week to claim the prize from the time of announcement (Be that a story, post, email etc.) and if unclaimed it will go back into the prize pool for a future giveaway.
- Privacy Policy
In line with our privacy policy and GDPR requirements we only store customer information and records for the duration it is required and will be subject to removal within a 90 day period. It is the customers responsibility to keep record of purchases and invoices for personal records as these cannot be provided past the point of removal. We only store a transactional record. A proof of purchase must be kept by the customer to be used when necessary, regarding future warranty repairs. More information can be found in our full Privacy Policy.
