Shipping policy

We aim to deliver all goods within 3 -10 working days of receipt of payment. In most cases, though your order will be delivered in 1 - 2 working days. For all orders, we use DPD. If an item has delivery refused or is sent back to the depot it is the customer's responsibility to collect the package. If the package is not collected and returned to us we may charge a return postage cost to get the item back out to you. For international customers, we will categorically charge a return postage cost and will convey this to you in writing before doing so.
